About

Hi, I’m Jaiden Molyneux and I’m a Strategic Media Planning Manager in NYC with a master’s in Strategic Communication from SUNY Oswego.

With over four years of experience leading cross-channel campaigns for brands like Pfizer, Audible, L’Oréal, and Batteries Plus, I specialize in crafting media strategies that are both data-driven and creative. My work focuses on campaign optimization, budget oversight, and audience segmentation. I’ve consistently delivered measurable results, such as increased brand awareness and ROI.

A Strategic Communicator in the Making

Receiving a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication has allowed me to explore foundational frameworks such as:

  • Integrated marketing and media strategy
  • Audience research and analytics
  • Digital storytelling and content creation
  • Organizational communication and leadership

This academic journey has sharpened my ability to think critically, communicate persuasively, and lead with a purpose bigger than myself. All skills I bring into every client engagement and campaign.

Storytelling is My Strategy

Beyond media planning, I’m passionate about storytelling. As part of my graduate work, I created a podcast series that encapsulates everything I’ve learned over the past few years. It’s a reflection of my growth as a communicator, strategist, and creative thinker. It allowed me to get creative with how I could communicate large topics to a broader audience, with no boundaries.

You can check this series out within my Academic Projects page.
